Quick Headlines
📞 City and County web and phone services back online after facing technical issues that started on Monday and disrupted the city’s denvergov.org website and 311 services. They believe this stemmed from a routine system update, nothing nefarious.
📚 Bored during the summer? Not if Denver Library can help it. Summer of Adventure program for kids up to 12th grade has kicked off. While the city pools are on standby until June 14, the Denver Public Library's program offers a cool, intellectual splash for kids. Running from June 1 to August 10, this program engages youngsters with creative challenges, fun prizes, and even a grand finale at the Denver Zoo.
🧠 Colorado putting $20 Million toward youth mental health in a bold move to combat rising youth suicide rates. Colorado's Attorney General Phil Weiser announced a $20 million investment that came from a Juul Labs vaping settlement to enhance mental health services for minors to foster resilience and well-being, focusing on proactive measures rather than punitive approaches.

A beloved eco-friendly store in Denver's South Broadway neighborhood, ReFillanthropy, is closing its doors early after a fire destroyed the shop's front half. They planned on closing at the end of June due to ongoing vandalism and safety issues in the area.
