🐎 National Western Center expands

Denver's National Western Center is saddling up for its next big leap: a hotel and equestrian center with a 4,500-seat arena and over 550 horse stalls aiming to transform the center into a year-round hub for equestrian events.

⚾️ Michael Toglia, Cal Quantrill led Rockies to 3-2 win

The Rockies eked out a scrappy 3-2 win over the Cardinals yesterday, thanks to Cal Quantrill's gritty start, Michael Toglia's heroic catch, and a hefty dose of small ball. Despite only four hits, Colorado snapped a five-game losing streak and saw their bullpen hold strong for a change.

CIVIL

🚷 Smoother sidewalks in Denver on hold

Denver residents hoping for smoother sidewalks will have to keep dodging cracks and bumps a bit longer. A City Council committee delayed the much-anticipated Sidewalk Program, giving the Department of Transportation until January 2025 to sort out a billing system for property owners footing the bill.
